The process

I learned about the process last year when I was preparing for my audition for school. I had to work really hard not to look towards the results but to focus on the process of each day. I am trying to do the same for the play I am in. The process did me well in the first situation, I learned and each day was more prepared. I did not get nervous because I was not concerned with the outcome but the progress I made each day.

I am working each day on my lines and my character and I am trying not to think of the final product, the performance. For whatever reason I am very comfortable on the stage at Reynolds. My nerves seem to melt away when I get on that stage so I am just focusing on being prepared as best I can and not worrying about what people will think of me or how I could mess up. I am focusing on today and getting more prepared today and no further. I hope it works!
