One down- 15 to go

Well, the first week of my last semester is done. Even though I had an odd feeling at the start of the week, things went well. I was allowed to change my schedule around and I am super happy. I am now excited about what I will be doing this semester instead of dreading everything like I was at the first of the week.

I do still have two back to back dance classes, no wiggle room there. And let me say that it is not really feasible for an old, non-dancing woman to dance for 3 hours straight. Not to mention that my schedule does not allow for lunch those days so I am ready to eat my ballet shoes when I finally take them off. I should however, be terribly fit by May. I should probably go to the beach the week after graduation and not give my thighs time to turn back to jello before I put them on display in a bathing suit.

My music class will be a blast and directing should be fun. That leaves Acting 3. I should be working on my Shakespearean sonnet right now, but I have come to the conclusion that I am not capable of learning a Shakespearean sonnet, so I am going to try a different method. I learned all of those chemistry formulas and equations by writing out flash cards and sleeping with them under my pillow. I made 112 out of 100 in that class, so obviously it works! I will keep you posted.

This afternoon I celebrated the end of the first week of my last semester with a little shopping trip and tonight we are going to a movie. Tomorrow we are taking Jon out to eat to celebrate. Now most of you know I celebrate EVERYTHING, but really? All of this for the first week? Can you imagine how long I will celebrate graduation? I better start planning that party now!! Or maybe I should actually try to learn that sonnet again so I will graduate! Why, oh why am I such a detail person?
