Leaving

I only have 10 minutes and usually when I write I take much longer. So suffice it to say I am experiencing every emotion in the book- excitement, fear, wonder, praise, you name it- I feel it! Mostly I am so sad to leave Tim and Jon behind! I have never done anything like this before without them with me. You would think after 30 years, I would be sick of those two, but far from it. They are my rocks, I am so much more me when I have them around!

But this is the way it is- I am off to Panama without my rocks. Much like the day I headed to my first classes alone in Montevallo, I have to rely on me and my abilities and put my trust in God. So here I go. Prayers are welcome and I promise to write down (on paper) my adventures so I can share them with you when I return!!
