I love to clean! I know people find that odd, but I do! I love when things are neat and tidy and I like making them that way. I have been so busy at school the last couple of weeks that I could not do my usual daily vacuuming and dusting so things are really a mess! And that is when I especially like to clean! To pull furniture out and get on my hands and knees and really scrub. I love to see the difference I can make in the look of things. So today I will be in heaven for a few hours, puttering away at my house. And come Saturday when this whole school thing is over for the semester, I will really get to it!
I have some sad cleaning, taking out the cat bowls and litter box and rearranging a few things so I don’t see my cat, Newman everywhere I look. But mostly it is joyous cleaning, putting up Christmas treasures we have accumulated over the years from many different places, getting out the good dishes, silver and crystal for Christmas dinner and making a comfy “nest” for the family to share over the holidays.
So let the housework begin! I am blessed to have a warm, beautiful home to clean and yes- I love to clean!! Laugh if you will, call me crazy if you want, I am happy!!!
